November WitsView's Street Price Survey: Rising LCD TV prices for below 46" segment; excluding 17" and 19w, prices drop for all Monitor sizes

According to WitsView's November worldwide average street price survey, prices rose for the 20" and 32~46" segment. This is the second consecutive month for the 32" and 42" to experience a price increase. Meanwhile, prices declined for the 47" and below segment.
